i'm finally cone free

i am now completely healed from my fix-it surgery. mom and dad were wondering about me, because i was a little weird for the first week or so... i'd like to see them walk around with a cone on their heads and not be able to bathe for a week! i bet they wouldn't take it so well either!

i just started a new round of dog school, i am now an advanced beginner! it should be fun, and there are only 8 dogs in my class so i get a lot of attention. the trainer says we will be training off the leash by the end of the class! i think that worries mom a little bit, especially after my race through the neighborhood last night...

dad was quite surprised by what he saw in my kennel last night. i guess eddy and i can get along sometimes!

dad finally made eddy leave because he didn't want to lock us both in there for fear of fuzz flying in the middle of the night (i can be a bully sometimes!)

i didn't let mom and dad sleep very well last night. i was constantly up moving around and readjusting. life is so uncomfortable these days! hopefully i'll be all back to myself soon.

i'm all fixed

well i made it through the surgery just fine. i am very groggy and whiny, but i just need to rest a little, then i'll be better! i want to play so bad, but it hurts! and they gave me this silly cone head thing so i don't lick my wound. i feel so ridiculous i don't even want to move.

(blogger is being silly, i can't get the picture to turn out right!! for now, just turn your head! it's got to be easier than me trying to navigate around with this stinkin' cone!)

my trip to the lake

a few weeks ago i got to take my first trip to the lake... i loved it! i learned to swim, went for a paddle boat ride, and ate a few creatures. i also got to meet my new friend scout. we got a long pretty well! here are a few pictures from my adventure!
